| The Carli Suspension CS-F55-D30-23 5.5″ Dominator System for Ford F-250 and F-350 4×4 diesel models is designed to deliver superior off-road performance while maintaining impressive on-road comfort. This high-performance kit offers a 5.5-inch lift and enough clearance to fit up to 37-inch tires.
This system features Carli’s custom-tuned KING 3.0″ Remote Reservoir Shocks with 17-4 stainless steel shafts for unmatched durability and resistance to wear. Remote reservoirs improve cooling and damping consistency, delivering exceptional performance during extreme off-road use. Multi-rate coil springs are designed to enhance comfort and control on and off-road, while radius arm drops correct suspension angles for improved stability and articulation. The included adjustable track bar with a rebuildable CUB joint keeps the axle centered, enhancing steering precision and handling. High-clearance front bump stop drops, 1° caster shims, and DOT-approved stainless steel brake lines ensure superior suspension travel, stability, and braking performance. Optional upgrades include torsion sway bars or extended links for improved articulation and stability, full progressive leaf springs or add-a-pack kits for rear lift, and fabricated radius arms for additional strength. Built with premium materials and precise engineering, the Dominator System ensures exceptional durability and performance for those who demand the best in off-road capability and everyday drivability. | Important Notes1. Fits with diesel engine only 2. Not compatible with the ONBOARD SCALES/SMART HITCH. 3. Modifying the ride height or spring rate will interfere with this system’s performance. 4. Factory Wheels SHOULD NOT be run with oversized tires. They’re known to rub the radius arm, sway bar and most concerning – Brake Lines. 5. Factory tires and factory wheels will work without issue. 6. On Carli’s 4.5” Ford Systems, they recommend 17”-18” wheels, no more than 9” wide with 5” of backspacing with a 37”, E-Rated Tire. The more rubber, the better the small bump compliance will be at proper inflation pressures. The ride will firm up as you go larger in wheel diameter. 7. 3. Note: While this kit can purchased without a rear lift method this system will not achieve a proper rear high stance without the installation of the add-a-pack or progressive leaf springs; it will sit slightly rear low with no rear option added. Add-a-packs only recommended for F250 models. Add-a-Packs are NOT recommended for the F350 (or any F250 equipped with the High Capacity Tow or Tremor Package) |

The construction of these shocks uses 6063 aluminum, providing outstanding heat dissipation and durability. The 5/8″ hardened, chrome-plated steel shafts are engineered to ensure maximum performance. Premium 5WT oil is used in these shocks to offer superior lubricity, damping consistency, and a broad temperature range. One of the standout features is the inclusion of rubber stem-top bushings, which Carli has carefully selected for their superior performance. While the suspension industry often favors poly bushings, Carli’s commitment to quality has led them to use rubber bushings for the stem-top, which better withstands the forces encountered in that position. The rod ends are crafted from high-quality 6061 billet aluminum, and each is equipped with a single-piece bushing and zinc-plated crush sleeves for precision fitting and longevity. The unique cylinder end cap overlaps the shock body to provide additional support to the internal snap ring, while also acting as a travel limiter for trucks not equipped with Carli radius arms and limit straps.
