Sway Bar Option
*REQUIRED* – The Leveling System will ride best with the Torsion Sway Bar. Maintaining the factory sway bar through use of the Sway Bar Drops or Extended Link Kit is only recommended for customers with snow-plows, in-bed campers or who are constantly hauling to the capacity of the truck.
Matching Rear Shocks
*OPTIONAL* – Tuned to the factory leaf springs, these rear shocks balance the rear-feel to match the custom tune in your newly leveled Super Duty.
Adjustable Track Bar
*OPTIONAL* – Centers the axle at the new ride height utilizing a stronger suspension/steering link to prevent death-wobble and improve overall tracking and steering feel.
Rear Leaf Spring Options
*OPTIONAL* – The Leveling System does not require a rear spring option; see the description at the bottom of this page for more information.
Much of the jarring ride of the Super Duty rear can be attributed to the factory vulcanized bushings in the leaf spring pack and shackle. The factory shackle is very strong BUT the design is not conducive to a smooth ride. The Carli shackle is constructed of 1/4″ American cold-rolled steel. The mid-length gusset ensures no deflection while the serviceable bushings offer a far superior ride to the bind of the factory bushings.

The rod ends are crafted from high-quality 6061 billet aluminum, and each is equipped with a single-piece bushing and zinc-plated crush sleeves for precision fitting and longevity. The unique cylinder end cap overlaps the shock body to provide additional support to the internal snap ring, while also acting as a travel limiter for trucks not equipped with Carli radius arms and limit straps.
